Hirexai is a recruitment consultancy based in India. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you browse our website, apply for a vacancy or contact us.
What we collect
When you apply we collect the details you submit — name, contact information, location, experience, resume and any optional information. When you send an enquiry we collect your contact details and message.
How we use it
We use application data only to assess your suitability for the vacancy you applied for and, where relevant, to share your profile with the hiring client for that vacancy. We do not sell personal data.
Storage and security
Resumes are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Access is restricted to authorised Hirexai staff.
Your rights
In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us using the details on our Contact page.
Retention
We retain application data only for as long as needed for recruitment purposes or as required by law.
